Puhua Zhongtian Investment Company Limited (“Puhua Zhongtian”) is a privately held investment company focusing on real estate globally. The Founder of Puhua Zhongtian has 20 years of investment experience across different asset classes, but is focusing on real estate because of its tangibility and the different formats with which investors can gain exposure to the sector.

Although real estate is a cyclical business, we believe that there are always opportunities at different times in different regions. Hence we keep our eyes open to search for value real estate opportunities across the world. We have had investment experience with residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use properties. In terms of geographic location, we have invested in China, Hong Kong, US, UK, Canada, and Japan. We are open to investment structures including direct equity, direct debt, specialist investment vehicles, turnarounds, distress, and property development. |

Over the past decade, we have established deep relationships with local real estate agencies, property developers, property managers, lawyers, accountants and tax consultants, amongst others. |

Therefore, the strategy of our company is to leverage our global network to actively identify value opportunities in different markets, seek to maximize value through tenant management and upgrade, property decoration / remodelling, selective development/re-development, and in some cases apply moderate leverage to enhance returns.
